Hazel recently facilitated a strategy workshop for a board for an organisation where I am chairman.

Over the years I have attended many strategy-planning sessions and found this one to be excellent. In a short time we were able to meet the objectives, which were to agree on a vision, understand the target market, develop the value proposition and work out a priority action plan with allocated tasks.

This was achieved though respect for all board members' point of views, discussion, debate and agreement.
